About Ed Rippee

I have been a real estate agent since 2000. I have a certification in new home sales and am working on another one that focuses on housing the work force. I was the Rookie of the Year real estate agent with my first real estate firm in Florida and was 3rd in sales my first year as a real estate agent. I have more than ten years of experience helping home buyers find the right fit for their needs.

I was born in Landstuhl, Germany and traveled in 7 countries before I was 2 years old. I grew up in different parts of the U.S. because I was the son of a career Army officer. So, I have seen a lot of homes and I understand how important having the right home is. Moving around taught me the value of community and I apply that with my clients as a real estate agent. I enjoy people from all stages and walks of life and feel enriched by the different cultures that I am exposed to. I am proud of the fact that I have helped people from Africa, South America, Great Britain, Mexico and many different U.S. states get homes...sometimes being trusted enough to sell them a home without them having seen it in person.

I am the proud father of two children, a son and a daughter. I live and work in Kansas City.
